1. Weather conditions
Climate in Lithuania has its contrasts. You should check weather forecast just before the summit, because now it is really difficult to predict weather conditions. Just in case, it is recommended to be prepared for rainy weather.

The summit will take place in the municipality building of Vilnius, so you are advised to be dressed up in semi-formal style during the sessions.

Make sure you have a visa to enter Lithuania.
