Karolina Mazetyte

Main coordinator of the Summit. Co-founder
Karolina, a 24 years passionate activist, social entrepreneur & young change maker from Lithuania! Karolina has a Master in International Relations, has organized and lead social campaigns in more than 10 countries. She believes that if you want to change something in the world, you have to show your example to others!

Anja Aniowska

Content Manager of the Summit. Co-founder
Ania is a development economist and global issues enthusiast interested in active democratic participation, youth policy and unemployment, governance, entrepreneurship, transparency and accountability. She is an active and driven communicator, who has contributed to various projects internationally .

Saida Ibrahimava

Co-founder and graphic designer
Saida has more than ten years of successful experience in the nonprofit sector, and earned a Master’s of Art in International Relations from Belarussian State University and Master’s of Art in International Economy and Politics from Charles University in Prague.

Rūta Jankauskaitė

Communications manager
Ruta, Lithuania. Background in politics, currently MA student in Communication. She believes if you want something, you have to want it more than you’re afraid of it. And if you don’t ask, an answer will always be no!

Maria Carlotta Missaglia

PR Team member
Carlotta, 27 years old, passionate digital specialist from Italy! She is a PhD candidate in Communication and New Technologies. She believes that you have to be the change you want to see. That you have to work hard to build the world that you want.

Toma Katinaite

PR Team member
Toma, PR Team member, BA student in Culture Information & Communication. She is actively volunteering in various events, festivals, programs which take place in Lithuania and all over the world. Toma is also involved in variety student projects, events and conferences related with culture and international relations. She believes everything in the world happens for a reason, people, places, interesting things seems like to find her, Y2Y was also with no exception.

Bilal Masood

Bilal is a certified Trainer with Masters in Public Administration along with qualification in Global Studies from Denmark. He is Founder/Director of Crossing Borders Pakistan and has participated at number of prestigious events abroad for the promotion of peace and cross cultural dialogue as Youth Ambassador of Pakistan.

Juan, 26 years old, likes to give greetings from Spain to the world. PhD in communications. He is involved in original projects with a social purpose . As he says: ”inventing ways, bridges and skylines with communication and entrepreneurship to achieve”.

Natasha Israt Kabir

Natasha is a pass out student of “Pondicherry CentralUniversity”India, recipient of the scholarship titled, “UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Institute for South Asian Regional Cooperation”. She is a liaison officer and election observer, full time development professional and social worker, working for the disabled community.

Monika is a creative young photographer. She is studying social work at Vytautas Magnus University. SHe is passionate about photography, travels, new friends and good music. Her dream is to become a well known photographer and organize a photo exhibition.

Rami is a 25 year old Electrical Engineering graduate, grew up in north east of Jordan in one of the least developed cities in the country.He has been working part time for the past 7 years in a civil society organization as a program coordinator, focusing on networking and outreach.

Daniel originally is an Architect, grew up in the Middle East in one of the biggest refugee cities in the region, and I could not help but notice how bad the situation was, undeveloped context, and many people desperate for help. Daniel tried to volunteer, to make things better, help people in need.

Jeremy Blaney

Jeremy is a Master of International Business Candidate at The Fletcher School at Tufts University. Having served for 10 years in the U.S. military, he is deeply passionate about leadership development, cross-cultural engagement, and veteran advocacy.

Akvilė Valuntaitė

Volunteers’ coordinator
Akvilė is a volunteer coordinator of the summit, graphic communication design student. Her biggest passion is traveling, arts and culture. She has participated in various social projects, tried different kinds of volunteering and most importantly – she is always looking for new opportunities.

Aleksej Stepanov

PR Team member
Aleksej Stepanov is Executive Director of Center for the Study of Social Democracy. A lawyer by education a consultant and trainer by profession. His main fields of interest and expertise are Non-formal education, youth development, democratization and political affairs.
